Communication

Connect NICE CXone to DataMind OS.

Sync contacts, agent states and skills from NICE CXone into your Lake, on your own servers. The AI reads the NICE CXone API docs, asks you a few questions and builds the connector.

NICE CXone

by NICE

NICE CXone stores contact records across voice and digital channels, agent state changes, skill assignments, reporting data and call recordings for contact centers of every size. Moving that history into the Lake lets workforce and service leaders measure occupancy, skill coverage and abandonment, and connect contact outcomes to cases, surveys and revenue.

02Data

What you can sync.

  • Contacts
  • Agent states
  • Skills
  • Reporting
  • Recordings

Report on NICE CXone contacts with delivery and response times, next to the teams behind them.

Need more? Name any other NICE CXone data the API returns, and the AI adds it to the connector.

03Credentials

Credentials you will need.

  • OAuth 2.0 (client ID, client secret, refresh token)

NICE CXone uses OAuth 2.0 (client ID, client secret, refresh token). You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in NICE if you need help.

04Questions

Questions you can answer.

Once NICE CXone data is in your Lake, ask an AI Mind in plain words or build the answer in DataPrism BI.

  1. What was agent occupancy by skill and half hour last week?
  2. Which skills had the highest abandon rate, and how many agents were available for them?
  3. How much time do agents spend in unavailable states, broken down by reason code?
  4. Do contacts routed to agents outside their primary skill take longer to handle?

05How it works

How it works in DataMind.

  1. Pick NICE CXone.

Open Lake, pick NICE CXone in the source picker and name the connection. Connect Any API opens with a ready prompt that points the AI at the NICE CXone API docs.

  2. Answer a few questions.

The AI reads the NICE CXone documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which data to sync (for example contacts and agent states), whether you want a one-time load or a recurring sync, and which accounts or filters apply.

  3. Your data lands in Lake.

It builds the connector, tests it and shows you sample rows. Then NICE CXone data loads into your Lake on your schedule, ready for the Warehouse, DataPrism BI and AI Minds.

Your move.

Connect NICE CXone and every other source on your own servers. Two months, free.
