02Write back
What you can send.
- Messages
It sends messages from your rows, on a schedule or when you run it.
Send messages through ntfy from your own SQL, on the schedule you set.
03Credentials
Credentials you will need.
- A secret webhook URL
- An access token
- A username and password
ntfy takes a secret webhook URL, an access token or a username and password for writes. You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in ntfy if you need help.
04How it works
How it works in DataMind.
-
Add ntfy in Writeback.
Open Writeback, click Add destination, choose Write to Any API and name the destination. Then tell the AI it sends to ntfy and point it at the ntfy API docs.
-
Answer a few questions.
The AI reads the ntfy documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which ntfy objects to fill (for example messages) and what to send and when.
-
Preview, test, then send.
Choose a Lake table, a Warehouse table or your own SQL, map the fields and preview the requests. Send one test record, approve the first run, and the sync keeps ntfy current on your schedule.
