02Write back
What you can send.
- Messages
It sends messages from your rows, on a schedule or when you run it.
Send messages through Expo Push Notifications when your data says something needs attention.
03Credentials
Credentials you will need.
- An access token
Expo Push Notifications takes an access token for writes. You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in Expo if you need help.
04How it works
How it works in DataMind.
-
Add Expo Push Notifications in Writeback.
Open Writeback, click Add destination, choose Write to Any API and name the destination. Then tell the AI it sends to Expo Push Notifications and point it at the Expo Push Notifications API docs.
-
Answer a few questions.
The AI reads the Expo Push Notifications documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which Expo Push Notifications objects to fill (for example messages) and what to send and when.
-
Preview, test, then send.
Choose a Lake table, a Warehouse table or your own SQL, map the fields and preview the requests. Send one test record, approve the first run, and the sync keeps Expo Push Notifications current on your schedule.
