Productivity & Collaboration

Connect Alfresco Content Services to DataMind OS.

Sync nodes, sites and people from Alfresco Content Services into your Lake, on your own servers. The AI reads the Alfresco Content Services API docs, asks you a few questions and builds the connector.

02Data

What you can sync.

  • Nodes
  • Sites
  • People
  • Versions
  • Audit entries

Bring Alfresco Content Services nodes into your Lake and ask an AI Mind where work is stuck and why.

Need more? Name any other Alfresco Content Services data the API returns, and the AI adds it to the connector.

03Credentials

Credentials you will need.

  • A username and password
  • An access token

Alfresco Content Services uses a username and password or an access token. You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in Hyland if you need help.

04How it works

How it works in DataMind.

  1. Pick Alfresco Content Services.

Open Lake, pick Alfresco Content Services in the source picker and name the connection. Connect Any API opens with a ready prompt that points the AI at the Alfresco Content Services API docs.

  2. Answer a few questions.

The AI reads the Alfresco Content Services documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which data to sync (for example nodes and sites), whether you want a one-time load or a recurring sync, and which accounts or filters apply.

  3. Your data lands in Lake.

It builds the connector, tests it and shows you sample rows. Then Alfresco Content Services data loads into your Lake on your schedule, ready for the Warehouse, DataPrism BI and AI Minds.

Your move.

Connect Alfresco Content Services and every other source on your own servers. Two months, free.
