Google Meet
by Google
Each Google Meet call leaves a conference record with participant sessions, join and leave times and, where enabled, recordings and transcripts. Landing those records in the Lake shows how much time an organization spends in meetings, who attends which recurring calls, and what was said with customers, all ready to join with calendar and CRM data.

02Data
What you can sync.
- Conference records
- Participants
- Recordings
- Transcripts
- Spaces
Report on Google Meet conference records with delivery and response times, next to the teams behind them.
Need more? Name any other Google Meet data the API returns, and the AI adds it to the connector.
03Credentials
Credentials you will need.
- OAuth 2.0 (client ID, client secret, refresh token)
Google Meet uses OAuth 2.0 (client ID, client secret, refresh token). You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in Google if you need help.
04Questions
Questions you can answer.
Once Google Meet data is in your Lake, ask an AI Mind in plain words or build the answer in DataPrism BI.
- How many meeting hours per week does each team spend, counted from participant sessions?
- Which recurring meetings have seen attendance fall over the last quarter?
- Which customer calls produced transcripts mentioning pricing or a competitor?
- How many participants join by phone or as anonymous guests?
05How it works
How it works in DataMind.
-
Pick Google Meet.
Open Lake, pick Google Meet in the source picker and name the connection. Connect Any API opens with a ready prompt that points the AI at the Google Meet API docs.
-
Answer a few questions.
The AI reads the Google Meet documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which data to sync (for example conference records and participants), whether you want a one-time load or a recurring sync, and which accounts or filters apply.
-
Your data lands in Lake.
It builds the connector, tests it and shows you sample rows. Then Google Meet data loads into your Lake on your schedule, ready for the Warehouse, DataPrism BI and AI Minds.
06Pairs
Works well with Google Meet.
Sources teams join with Google Meet in the Warehouse, each one connected the same way.
