02Write back
What you can send.
- Objects
It uploads objects built from your Lake and Warehouse tables.
Keep Amazon S3 objects current from your own models, on the schedule you set.
03Credentials
Credentials you will need.
- AWS access keys
Amazon S3 takes AWS access keys for writes. You add the credentials once, when the AI asks for them, and it tells you where to create them in Amazon Web Services if you need help.
04How it works
How it works in DataMind.
-
Add Amazon S3 in Writeback.
Open Writeback, click Add destination, choose Write Anything and name the destination. Then tell the AI it sends to Amazon S3 and point it at the Amazon S3 API docs.
-
Answer a few questions.
The AI reads the Amazon S3 documentation, then asks which credentials you will use, which Amazon S3 objects to fill (for example objects) and which files to send and when.
-
Preview, test, then send.
The AI writes a Python destination for Amazon S3 and builds it in a sandbox. Preview what it would send, send one test record, approve the first run, and the sync runs on your schedule.
